At NESTANZA, we stand behind the quality of our straw hats. Every carton is inspected before shipping to ensure consistency and durability.

All sales are final.

Because we sell wholesale cartons (48–60 hats per order), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered.

Refunds are only provided if:

 • Your order arrives damaged in transit, or
 • You receive the wrong product carton.

In such cases, please contact us at info@nestanzahats.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Our team will review and provide either a replacement carton or a full refund.
