Welcome to NESTANZA. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Wholesale Only

NESTANZA sells wholesale cartons only (48–60 hats per carton). We do not sell single items or accept retail orders.

• All prices are listed per carton.

• Prices include free shipping and tax.

• Payments must be made at checkout via PayPal only.

• Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.

• We process orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are shipped via UPS (or equivalent courier).

• Estimated delivery:

• United States (50 states): 6–8 business days

• International orders: Accepted upon request. Please contact us for details.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

• All sales are final.

• Refunds or replacements are only issued if your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product.

• Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

• Refunds are processed through PayPal, the same method used at checkout.

NESTANZA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
